Preheat oven to 375°F. On lightly floured work surface, roll out pastry into 10- x 8-inch rectangle; prick all over with fork. Cut into 12 squares; press squares into greased muffin tin. In bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, green onion, mustard, lemon zest, salt, pepper and paprika. Pull surimi apart into bite-size pieces; divide among pastry cups. Spoon 1 tbsp egg mixture into each pastry cup. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until pastry is golden and filling is just set. Let cool in pan on rack for 10 minutes. Remove tartlets from pan; let cool on rack. Just before serving, peel, pit and thinly slice avocado; top each tartlet with small slice.
Tip: Make gourmet tarts – add goat cheese and fresh basil to each tart.
