Simply Surimi Seafood Slaw
1 pkg (12 oz) Simply Surimi, Flake Style
1 bag (14 oz) prepared coleslaw mix
1 avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced
1/2 cup thinly sliced radishes
1/2 cup prepared coleslaw dressing
Tear Simply Surimi into bite-size pieces. Toss together surimi, coleslaw, avocado, radishes and dressing until well coated.
Tip: To make your own coleslaw mix, toss 4 cups shredded cabbage with 1 cup shredded carrot.
